Palomar Fashion is a wholesale company. Palomarfashion.com offers it’s products to resellers, we do not sell to the general public. For this reason, we require all customers to provide a valid Business Tax Number (State Sales Tax Number, Federal EIN, Business License Number, Vendor License Number, and Flea Market Vendor Permit Number) during the registration process. Failure to provide a valid Business Tax Number will result in the termination of customer’s account.
The minimum purchase amount required is $50.00 per order placed, excluding cost of shipping and tax* when applicable.
Palomar Fashion does not charge tax to non-California customers if a valid Business Tax Number (State Sales Tax Number, Federal EIN, Business License Number, Vendor License Number, and Flea Market Vendor Permit Number) is provided.
Palomar Fashion does not charge tax to international customers. International customers can use their valid telephone number when prompted for a Business Tax Number during the registration process.
* California customers (customers whose billing address and/or shipping address is in California) must first submit a California Seller’s Permit and a completed California Resale Certificate via email, mail, or fax prior to purchasing, to be tax-exempt. Once Palomar Fashion receives these documents from a California customer, that California customer will be tax-exempt for as long as the Sellers Permit is valid; if these documents are not received prior to purchasing, California customers will be taxed for their merchandise.
